This Valentines Day, spread the love and EAT good food. Gâteau Moelleux au Chocolat (since I’m studying french culture and cuisine, I made this for you guys). Try this recipe at home and I’m sure your wife,husband and kids will surely love it! I added some cherries on top and chocolate syrup though it’s not said in the recipe 🙂 Hope you guys enjoy it! 150 g flour 140 g of sugar 4 whole eggs 125g dark chocolate Tanzania 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 20 cl heavy cream 1 teaspoon baking powder or 11 grams 1 knob of butter to the pan
1.To achieve this cake recipe chocolate cake, first prepare all the ingredients. 2.In microwave, melt the dark chocolate with 3-4 ounces of water until it is soft but not runny . Mix well with a spatula . At this stage, the chocolate will tend to thicken slightly. 3.Add the eggs one by one. Then stir. 4.Add both sugars( caster sugar and vanilla sugar ). Mix well. 5.Add flour and baking powder. Mix again. 6.Finally add the cream. Stir until a smooth paste color milk chocolate. 7.Pour the mixture into 4 molds (I used heart shape here instead)previously buttered or greased failed bomb grease. 8.Bake 20 minutes in a convection oven at 180 ° C. 9.When cool , unmold them gently . They should turn out without difficulty. 10.Serve with custard (I added cherries on top and chocolate syrup instead)
